Situation on the location was so cloudy that’s why the film that I use is Kodak Tmax Professional 400 B/W. And why I choose f/stop 8 because I like the background (which is the sidewalk floor behind the kids) too. In order to make a Background an so people can really see in where actually the children were sleeping.
Camera : Canon EOS 500N
Lens : Canon Zoom Lens EF 35-80mm 1:4-5.6 II
ISO : 400

What I motivated to make this photo because in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia which is the town I was lived, the days before I take this photo I was read a local newspaper its told that in that place in front of BIP mall at Jalan Merdeka there was a homeless control by the local goverment because a few days ahead there will be a 50th ASIA AFRICA CONFERENCE in Bandung on April 2005.
I was so curious what happen after the control. So I make a move to Jalan Merdeka, and what I found the homeless still there and after that government control they were back to the street including their children. Then I make a shot just want to tell the world the truth what really happen around me in Bandung in this case is the children. When I see them I think I was so lucky to what I have in this life. Makes me wonder if someday I can help them with my own money to give them education and better life. Hopefully someday.

When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
A Special Collection of photographs i found this month that still haunts my mind. Show them some love There are always some i can`t include due to space, i try to make the features under 50 deviations to give them better exposure
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
